Grubs

Grubs are the larval stage of many different kinds of beetles. You can recognize them by their white or grey, c-shaped bodies and the fact that they prefer to live below the soil's surface. These grass-chewing insects are known to cause severe damage to residential lawns because they eat away the roots of the grass.
